The NM CPA Foundation CPE Program is designed with you in mind.
This year’s program consists of over 500 hours of live group study CPE seminars to help you meet your educational needs and assist you in achieving your career goals. Unique to the schedule is the high number of four-hour seminars – 32 this year! Four-hour seminars are perfect for dealing with the large spectrum of short subjects CPAs need to know about. They also provide more flexibility for those who short on time or short on attention span. But, if you register for both a morning and afternoon seminar, lunch will be provided to you at no additional charge. An additional 50 full day seminars were selected by the Foundation’s course selection task force members from among the best course developers nationwide. We then contract with many course authors and other experts in their field to instruct these seminars. Our discussion leaders are both knowledgeable and possess the kind of presentation skills that make our seminars informative and interesting. Whether you are a CPA in public practice, government or industry, our program is designed to improve your current skills, increase your knowledge and keep you informed of the latest developments with timely updates. Most classes are held at the NMSCPA offices in a spacious and comfortable classroom. The classroom has wireless internet connectivity by entering the key code: societyclass and the tables are wired for electrical power. CPE registrants are very positive about the new option introduced last year to receive a PDF file of the course manual to download to their portable electronic device. However, for a small additional charge, the Society will provide participants with a printed manual; the choice is yours. We know you have many options available for obtaining CPE credit, we want to thank you in advance for choosing NM CPA Foundation.
