Professional Ethics: The AICPA’s Comprehensive Course
The revised course explains the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, which all members of the AICPA must follow. It also covers the basic tenets of ethical and professional consuct, covering the principles of ethics, and it explains why the code is necessary and how it is organized. The course also teaches the most up-to-date AICPA and SEC independence rules, including those adopted under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and ISB Standard No. 1.
An exam is included.
