  1. Proctor: One person in the group is responsible for acting as the proctor for the group and verifying that all attendees view the full webinar.  This person is designated at the time of registration. If any participants are absent, the proctor is responsible for conveying this information to Surgent McCoy.  Full instructions are provided at the time of registration.
  2. All attendees (including the proctor): Print your registration confirmation and bring it with you to the webinar.  This confirmation includes space to enter codes that are presented throughout the webinar.  After the webinar, use the unique code on your registration confirmation and follow the instructions shown there to go online and submit the codes.  Once all answers have been submitted successfully, a CPE certificate will be automatically emailed to you.  You must submit all information correctly to earn full credit.
