NMSCPA On-Demand FAQ’s
How do I log in / access NMSCPA On-Demand and self-study courses I have purchased?
To access the NMSCPA On-Demand, go to ondemand.nmscpa.org and use your NMSCPA On-Demand login credentials. If you’ve forgotten or never set these up please select forgot your password.

Users who have not purchased an NMSCPA On-Demand course will be unable to login at
ondemand.nmscpa.org. Go to www.nmscpa.org/cpe/catalog to purchase On-Demand Courses.
When will I gain access to NMSCPA On-Demand?
Your access to NMSCPA On-Demand, begins within an hour of your course purchase and access to the course content ends 90 days following your purchase.
Note: You may need to wait up to 24 hours for your NMSCPA On-Demand course to populate in your account.
How do I watch a course once I am in NMSCPA On-Demand?
Once on the NMSCPA On-Demand site, navigate to the “my courses” section at the bottom and select the course you purchased. This will take you to the course page, to watch the material. The same steps can be followed for multiple courses you enrolled in.
How do I continue watching a course I previously started?
You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available through the menu in the top left corner.
Can I take self-study as a nonmember?
Yes, you may purchase as many individual NMSCPA On-Demand courses at a slightly higher rate.
What is included in NMSCPA On-Demand?
You will have access to purchase any Society self-study courses that are included in NMSCPA On-Demand and can be viewed on the Society’s course search.
After I purchase a self-study course, how long do I have to watch it?
Those who purchase an individual self-study course have up to 90 days after the date of purchase to complete the course and take the exam.
Where do I get my certificate of completion for courses within NMSCPA On-Demand?
Certificates of completion are available in the menu in the top left corner. Then from the ribbon next to a completed course.
How do I avoid taking the same course twice?
You can check your listing of completed courses in your CPE History.
I am having trouble with my login. What should I do?
Use the email you had when you made your most recent NMSCPA On-Demand purchase and use the forgot your password feature if necessary. For additional support email admin@nmscpa.org or call us at (505) 246-1699.
Which states accept my NMSCPA On-Demand courses for CPE credit?
All NMSCPA On-Demand courses are NASBA-approved, making them accepted for CPE credit in all states.
How long is the course video available once I complete the exam?
For single-course purchases, the video will remain available for the 90-day period of purchase. If a course becomes out-of-date, it may be taken down. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will have 90-days to complete the course.
Are NMSCPA On-Demand courses considered interactive?
Yes, NMSCPA On-Demand courses qualify as interactive individual/self-study. NASBA registry approved individual study courses qualify under this standard.
Do I have to answer the review questions?
Yes. In order to activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.
How do I retake interactive questions?
There is no need to retake the review questions. You have two attempts to correctly answer the review question. After that point, the correct answer is provided immediately with a brief explanation of the answer.
How long do I have to take the final exam?
You can take the exam as many times as you need within 90 days of the single-course purchase to earn a passing grade of 70%
What is the cancellation policy for NMSCPA On-Demand?
Our goal is to make every effort to ensure that you have a positive experience with our on demand course system. If you are unhappy or having any concerns about our services at any time, please contact us immediately at admin@nmscpa.org or (505) 246-1699. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time for failure to pay any outstanding amounts due. Individual course registrations – If you are dissatisfied with a course that you have registered for, let us know prior to completing the final exam and we will provide you a full credit to register for any of our other course offerings. We cannot offer refunds or credit for courses where you have received CPE credit.
